Seasoned with a dry rub made with nutmeg, allspice, clove, juniper, cinnamon, onion, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, fennel seed, celery seed, sugar, and cumin.

Smoked for approximately 5 hours.

Wed-Thur 5-9pm
Fri & Sat 12noon-9pm
Sun 12noon-8pm

At checkout you will be asked your desired pickup time and whether you would like your order to be hot and ready to eat, or cold with reheat instructions to prepare you meal at a later time.
